Heyyyy friends and fam! Here's some highlights from my week! I hope yall enjoy and dont be shy to send me an email😁 January 22, 26 I did my first exchange! I was with Sister Fowles in my area and it was fun! During our daily planning, sister fowles said our goal for finding people that day should be 4 and I was like “😮 Um okay I guess🤷‍♀️”. And I didnt know how we were going to reach such a large goal because ive never found 4 people in one day, but we did!  We picked up Allen, the philosophy guy; someone we met knocking, someone we met zillow finding, and someone we met secret shopper finding. I was quite shocked that we actually hit that number! Unfortunately, we dropped all of them for various reasons but we did everything in our power to find people to teach and it worked! January 14, 26 We had our mini zone conference and it was so lit😭 Sister Clawsons Dad, President Richie gave a training on multiple things. January 15, 26 We had dinner with the grays, and they have a daughter doing hmtc right now! It was so cool to see her gears turning about teaching the gospel for the first time! She also asked us a lot of questions and it was so cool to be an authority on that. Sister finch took most of the questions tho, shes a pro and I was so happy to see sister finch in her element. Okay onto the weekly rundown! January 6, 26 Our weekly planning was so long😵‍💫 We went to the Douglas county library to to our weekly planning and we were there from 1:30pm to 6:20pm. For reference, daily planning is supposed to take two hours. We planned for our dots, put in the travel time and whatnot for the national western stockshow parade, planned for the baptism on Sunday, and then filled in our day with finding time. So it was all worth it but it took a long time to get done lol. Hey yall! Hopefully this one isn't that long haha but I've got some interesting characters I met this week so I hope yall are excited to hear about them😅 December 30 HOLY SHIRT BALLS SO MUCH GOOD HAPPENED We had our regular morning then we stopped by someone we are trying to teach to set up a lesson and give them a book of mormon Their names are Emir and Maya. We met them because we went knocking in the neighborhood of a part member family. They are from Yugoslavia and came to America 30 years ago to escape the wars happening there! Anywho, Emir was the one that popped out to talk to us since Maya is still sick. We talked to him about what the book of mormon is and then he said he was happy to receive it to learn more about religions. He also noted that its interesting that so many wars have started because of religion. He also mentioned something about our life with God before this life. THIS WAS PERFECT!
